1. Clarks Airport Transfers trade as a private hire company. We hire passenger vehicles to clients under the following terms and conditions, for pre- booked journeys.
  2. When you contact Clarks Airport Transfers, we will provide you with a quote, based on all information provided by the client. Should further additional information be needed, we will contact the client as possible.
  3. All non-cash payments are to be paid by the client prior to the date of the journey. This can be done either by phone or online through Paypal. Once we have receipt of this payment, we will email the booking form to the client.
  4. Clarks Airport Transfers do not accept cheque payments. Cash payments can be made on the day of the journey, but must be received by the driver before the journey commences.
  5. For journeys made on Christmas Day, the time will be charged at double rate.
  6. A car seat/booster seat must be provided by the client for all journeys taken with children in need of them.
  7. Should the vehicle become soiled due to passenger sickness, an additional £60.00 will be payable at the destination point, in order to cover the cost of the cleaning of the vehicle.
  8. Should the client make any changes to the original journey specifications, such as additional passenger pick-ups/drop-off or extra waiting time, Clarks Airport Transfers reserve the right to levy additional charges to the originally quoted cost of the journey.
  9. The company reserve the right to add an additional £5.00 per 15 minutes waiting charge, should the client contact the driver or the company, and inform them of a later flight arrival due to flight cancelations, once the driver has arrived at the airport in order to collect the client from the arranged flight.
  10. The company will endeavour to accommodate all late arrivals for clients arriving on a flight landing within a 3 hour period later than had originally booked, and will inform the client of any changes to their booking regarding drivers details etc if necessary.
  11. Should the client contact the company of a flight arrival later than the 3 hour period after their original arrival time, the company will class this notification as client intent to cancel original booking and rebook at later time. This will mean that the original payment will be payable as cancellation will be outside of 7 day period (mentioned below), and new payment for new booking will be payable on arrival.      
  12. Should any clients behaviour pose a threat to the driver, themselves or anyone else, through the consumption of alcohol or drugs, Clarks Airport Transfers reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle.
  13. All Clarks Airport Transfers vehicles carry a strict No Smoking policy.
  14. Clarks Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse refunds for any confirmed bookings. Refunds will be agreed on the following basis: Bookings cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the date of journey - full refund, bookings cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours prior to date of journey - 50% refund, and bookings cancelled within 72 hours and date of journey will still be liable for full booking fee. Any refunds offered and agreed our purely at the discretion of Clarks Airport Transfers. 
  15. Upon booking your journey with Clarks Airport Transfers, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions set out above and below. On accepting these Terms and Conditions, your statutory rights will not be affected under the Laws of England and Wales.


Should the driver arrive at the agreed pick up address/point, and the client fails to arrive due to cancellation without notifying the company, Clarks Airport Transfers reserve the right to charge the client for the full cost of the journey.
